Map out and initiate culture creation
We got the brief to map out, through interviews and observation, SEK:s company culture and initiate a project on change management based on insights from out research. We got to learn valuable insights during our course form Thomas Reibke from Below The Surface, about culture creation and culture. Based on the research conducted with employees on different levels and departments at SEK, we developed a 3h workshop for 20 people to initiate the work on developing their culture.
We received lots of valuable insights and feedback, but I will unfortunately not be able to share the outcome of the workshop and research with regards to the participators.
