Module at Hyper Island
During the Leading projects and people module, our class had the opportunity to work with Sarah Gregersen, to learn about facilitation, leading processes and process design as well as discuss the future of leadership. We were also able to work with Thomas Lindqvist (agile coach at Spotify, prev. Fyndiq and Toca Boca) and learn about Agile Development.
We practiced these learnings in several projects and acted as facilitators, scum masters and product owners, for example in these projects: The Future of Leadership, Culture Creation and Change management at SEK.
